Everything it takes to publish, in one place
Make more.
Fiddle with less.
Describe the idea. Get a script you can edit, a voiced and captioned video, a thumbnail, chapters and vertical shorts — then send the whole set to your channels. No editing software, no recording session, no nine subscriptions.

Built and used by Blue Heron Companies and proven on its own channels first.
One board, not nine tabs.
Four jobs, one loop
Making a video is four jobs you already do in sequence. They share one board because that is the order you do them in, not because a tool exists for each.
Discover
Find the angle
Find the angle worth making: hooks and titles written and scored, so you can see which one will hold before you make it.
Create
Make the thing
Script, voices, your own footage, thumbnails and captions — all from the one card, with nothing to edit by hand.
Library
Keep and reuse
Your footage, stills, brand colours and finished videos in one place, ready to drop into the next thing you make.
Distribute
Get it out
Shorts for the vertical feeds, a title and description written for the video, and a schedule that publishes while you sleep.
The problem
Nine subscriptions and none of them talk
Research in one tool, scripts in another, voice in a third, thumbnails in a fourth, and a spreadsheet to remember what shipped where. Every handoff is a copy-paste, and nothing tells you which hook actually held.
Scripting, recording, editing, thumbnail, captions, uploading — for one video
A separate subscription for research, script, voice, thumbnail, edit and schedule
The same video re-cut, re-titled and re-uploaded for every platform
Changed in the script, and the edit starts again from the beginning
RookeryOS replaces the tab-switching with one board, and the rented voice with weights that run on your own machines.
How it works
Six decisions the product is built on
One board, start to published
Every video you are working on sits in one place and moves left to right — idea, script, filming, edit, review, scheduled, published. Open a card and the tools for that stage are already there. Nothing to install, nothing to sync, no project files to lose.
The script is written with you
Describe the problem your audience actually has and get a full script back — speakers, lines, pacing. Edit any line you like. Opening hooks are written against one rule and scored, so a weak opener is visibly weak before you have spent an afternoon on it.
Voices, not a recording session
Your script is spoken aloud and cut together automatically. No microphone, no room tone, no retakes because a sentence changed. Rewrite a line and the video is remade — the whole thing, in a few minutes.
The artwork comes with it
A thumbnail built from the line that earns the click, captions timed to the words exactly, and chapters cut on real sentence breaks. Everything a video needs to be found, made at the same time as the video, with nothing to design.
Shorts from the same cut
Pick a moment from your own script and get a vertical short with the captions burned in, sized for Reels, Shorts and TikTok. Nothing is cropped away — your full frame is kept — and one long video becomes a week of posts.
It tells you before the upload, not after
A title too long, a description over the limit, a channel that is not verified and cannot take a video this length or set a custom thumbnail at all. Rookery checks all of it while you can still fix it, and says what to do rather than only what is wrong. YouTube tells you after the upload has finished, if it tells you at all.
It looks like you, not like us
Set two colours and a wordmark once, and every thumbnail, caption and panel follows. You never pick the text colour — it is worked out for you so a headline is always readable, including at the size a phone actually shows it.
The script
It knows who is speaking
A script here carries more than words. Every line knows who says it, how they say it, and what is on screen while they do — so the video that comes out matches what you wrote, not a generic reading of it.
- 1A hook is generated and scored before anything is shot.
- 2Every line gets a speaker, a tone and a gesture.
- 3Speech is synthesised on our own machines, never sent out.
- 4Footage you supply is conformed to the house format on arrival.
- 5The finished cut moves its own card to Review, ready to schedule.
One script · Everything you need to post
The platform
A production line, not a folder of tools
The board
Everything in flightEvery video you are making, and exactly where it is. Move a card and the next step opens — it is how the work gets done, not a status list you update afterwards.

Write it togetherA full script from a description of the problem you are solving — speakers, lines and pacing, every word of it yours to change.
Render
Make the videoVoices, your own footage or clean panels, cut together into a finished video with captions. Change a line and remake it; there is no timeline to repair.
Shorts
One video, many postsVertical cuts that start on a line you choose rather than a timecode, captions burned in, ready for Reels, Shorts and TikTok.
Schedule
